Fifteen individuals from the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Ghana, and the U.S., participated in the introductory Connective Leadership Institute’s Certification Training Seminar (CTS), at Caltech, in Pasadena, January 6-8th. The participants represented three sectors: higher education, non-profits, and for-profits.

In this highly interactive seminar, led by Jean Lipman-Blumen and CLI Associates, the participants learned about the Connective Leadership Model, as well as the underlying behaviors (Achieving Styles). In addition, they engaged in “hands-on” learning with eight Achieving Styles Assessments.

The participants had ample opportunity — both during the seminar sessions and the networking reception — to create new connections and begin to develop collaborative Connective Leadership projects.
